Ricardo da Palma Borges expresses his opposition to of the burden of proof shifting to Diário Económico 23-02-2007

Ricardo da Palma stated to the Portuguese newspaper Diário Económico that he opposes the shifting of the burden of proof in criminal tax offences, given that existing rules already cope with such situations.
